Come and see all the new goodies we've gotten in! Our books have undergone a considerable expansion. There are many things that we aren't showing on our webside as yet. More jewelry, statues and lots of 'hoodoo' goodies have taken up residence and are just waiting for the right owner to come along and take them home.
What's going on here? Where is the old 'Brew?
As you may have noticed there's been an extreme change in our website format. We've switched providers to Ocean (wonderful company, by the way). This will give us here at the shop a lot more freedom to bring you the latest updates and even 'one of a kind' items.
We've also got some really cool plans to make the shopping experience fun and educational. To start, our herb list will now contain folk names and magical uses- starting with the basics, but I plan on expanding this further once we've got things set up.
Be sure to check out the Book of Shadows while you can, for a little teaser. This baby will be going into hiding soon and you'll have to know where to look to find it ;-)
Now for some Cool Things!
Our annual spring facelift is finished! Who knew that Yellow was brighter than White? So we've got a spiffy new coat of paint and the shelves are full of goodies. Our book stock has tripled and we've got some great titles in. New statues, athames, goblets and jewelry are just waiting for their owner to come and find them!
We've recently absorbsed some new stock from a local shop that retired. So, until all the goodies are gone, we've got an extensive collection of Anna Riva products- particularly magickal oil blends. Many of the products are of a hoodoo orientation so we've got your cloth voodoo dolls, magical perfumes and waters and large candles priced well below the current rates. At the moment we are not listing these items on the website because they are a one time only deal. If you are looking for anything, call the shop and we'll let you know if it's one we picked up. Also, our buying trip for new stones and other random goodies was a great success.
Many of the items have indeed flown out the door but there are still some shiny treats on the shelves.
We've got a load of hand made natural wands that have just come in on the cheap! These are cleaned with woodburned designs on them. Quite lovely, delicate, primitive.
Recently in, are another cool item that you should know about. There are crystals that have been cut in half with one side magnetized to negative and the other positive. They are rather large and were made for industrial use. We got a couple here and discovered that they were amazing for clearing energy and cleansing. We suggest them for clearing divinatory materials, but really, there could be so many other uses if you use your imagination!
Finally, our quartz crystal balls and our hand made glass and crystal wands are marked down 25% . We've also added a sale table for those items that may have gotten a bit dinged while staying here at the shop, or they are the last of a close out stock. All these items are marked down 50% (just think of the savings you could get at our Anniversary party on these items!)
Classes!
We're just wrapping up on the spring sessions. Check in again towards the end of the summer when we'll be posting our next round of classes. We are looking forward to running the Personal Ritual and the Meditation Workshops run by Gretchen and Dina- these were a great success! We are also taking sign up for the Autumn session of Wicca 101. Call the shop if you want to be notified by phone of the start dates or to sign up. 716-871-0282
